Join us for a late afternoon walk to observe, explore and appreciate the world through a naturalist’s eyes—more of a ramble than a hike! Jack-in-the-pulpit and bird-footed violets should still be in bloom, and for sure we’ll here birdsong and see deer droppings. What else we discover is up to our senses. Parking: • Please park along Old Harbor Road, South of the Refuge parking lot What to Wear & Bring: • Sturdy, closed-toed shoes • Weather-appropriate clothing • Bug spray • Water What to Expect: • About 1 mile in length • Minimal incline • Ground can be wet, with some exposed roots Restrictions: • No pets • All ages and abilities welcome • Limit 10 participants Please contact Charlotte@WestportLandTrust.org with any questions.
