Explore the beauty of the forest, breathe deeply, and find peace, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Lynne will begin our time together with a brief introduction and instructions, followed by an immersive experience to promote healing, connection, well-being and calm. Participants should be prepared to be outdoors in rain or sun. Wear bugspray and sunscreen, bring water, and a towel if you would like to lie on the ground.
