The second in our series of walks exploring the birds of the South Coast takes us back to Old Harbor Wildlife Refuge. Old Harbor provides both upland and wetland habitats, great opportunities for birders and wildlife enthusiasts. We recommend bringing a comfortable pair of shoes that can handle shoreline walking, as well as optics such as a camera and/or binocular, and a water bottle. All levels of birders are welcome. We will meet at the parking area on Old Harbor Road--please park along the southside of the entrance if the lot is full.
